APNAC
The African Parliamentarians Network Against Corruption — a regional network of lawmakers dedicated to coordinating and strengthening Africa's parliamentary response to corruption since 1999.
25 years of

Founded on the recognition that corruption poses a grave danger to the well-being of African peoples — diverting scarce resources from basic human needs and destroying confidence in the integrity of African institutions.
APNAC is the African regional chapter of GOPAC (Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption), working to build parliamentary capacity and strengthen anti-corruption institutions across the continent.
APNAC Founded
APNAC was established in February 1999 at a seminar themed "Parliament and Good Governance: Towards a New Agenda for Controlling Corruption in Africa."
Secretariat Restructured
The APNAC Secretariat was reconstituted, strengthening operations and expanding its reach across member nations.
9th Biennial General Meeting
APNAC held its 9th Biennial General Meeting under the theme "Creating Synergies for an Effective Fight Against Corruption: The Role of Parliament and Parliamentarians."
Nigeria Chapter Active
APNAC Nigeria continues its mandate to strengthen parliamentary capacity, promote transparency, and fight corruption across Nigeria's legislative institutions.
